I Just Finished 75 Hard

When I interviewed Andy Frisella on my podcast a few years ago he said the whole purpose of 75 Hard is to teach people to win the day. Stack those wins enough and you’ll have a great life. Hence 75 Hard.

I finished 75 Hard last night.

Went from 205lbs to 184

I thought about posting my before and after pics but truth is, I’m not done yet and I want to keep this lifestyle going.

Three years ago I did this program and also ended on Halloween. The only reason I did it was for a vanity photo of me dressed as Spartacus. By January I was back to my old weight and appearance.

Truth is it was pretty simple this time around. I have been making lifestyle changes for the past few years and they all seemed to be a part of this program.

- Workout every day

- Outdoor workout every day (daily walk)

- Drink a gallon of water

- No alcohol

- Read 10 pages per day

- Keep a diet

Huge shoutout to my friends Brad Jensen (@thesoberbodybuilder on IG), Dustin Pederson (@dp_fit on IG), and Jason Latas (@jasonlatas_quantumbody on IG) for helping me with my nutrition and workouts. Best in the business.

I’m going to be doing this program again at the start of 2025 as a way to get momentum for the New Year. I’m personally going to just continue doing it all through the holidays.

I will be hosting a webinar here in a  few weeks to talk about how to set and achieve your goals in 2025! I’ll be sending out an email with that registration. Be on the look out for it!
